Arizona: A State With Potential for a Marijuana Boom

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Arizona’s marijuana industry is legally run by non-profits, however, legalization by the federal government could lead to a boom and big business takeover.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]When Arizona first passed, by a proposition vote, to allow medical marijuana, it was meant to be owned and operated only by non-profits. As the business and demand grew, operators found ways to run these non-profits as private businesses. The state-given licenses have also become quite the lucrative sale, due to the finite number given out. Some speculate that once the federal government legalizes or loosens restrictions on marijuana, these already expanding Arizona dispensaries are going to expand rapidly. But until then, those legally run dispensaries are still going to have to jump through hurdles just to stay in business. If you are a business owner in the growth or distribution of marijuana and get in trouble with the law, go to any of our locations in Lake Havasu City, Tempe, Bullhead City, AZ, or Las Vegas, NV.
