Arizona and Nevada Attorney Margolis’ Advice for Parents

Because the core tenet of juvenile cases, whether it is dependency or delinquency, is that all of the actions that a court is taking is meant to be in the best interests of the child. The Arizona or Nevada juvenile court can make those determinations if they know who the child is, who the parent is, who the family is, and really communicate the circumstances of this child (who is arrested). By doing that parents improve the opportunity for a fair and balanced resolution for their child.
