Arizona and Nevada Attorney Margolis’ Advice for Parents

[/vc_column_text][pofo_video_sound pofo_video_type=”vimeo” pofo_video_preview_image=”vimeo” pofo_vimeo_id=”″][vc_separator][vc_column_text]As a parent of a child who gets arrested it’s important to keep the lines of communication open with the juvenile court, and everyone who is involved with the court process. Because the core tenet of juvenile cases, whether it is dependency or delinquency, is that all of the actions that a court is taking is meant to be in the best interests of the child. The Arizona or Nevada juvenile court can make those determinations if they know who the child is, who the parent is, who the family is, and really communicate the circumstances of this child (who is arrested). By doing that parents improve the opportunity for a fair and balanced resolution for their child.

If you or someone you know is in need of an attorney, licensed in Arizona or Nevada, who practices juvenile law please contact Rideout Law Group attorney Topher Margolis.
